We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?

(15:05) The repairs have been completed and all customers are back in supply. Our technician is flushing the mains, however, this will not be affecting your supply.

(14:15) The mains has been shut and the cut out repairs are now taking place, there is no ETA as of yet.

(13:55) The fittings have arrived on site, the mains will be shut shortly to allow for the cut out to take place, customers within this shut will have no water, please see streets affected above.

(13:30) The fittings for the cut out should arrive around 2pm, the mains has been exposed, ready for the cut out to commence.

(11:00) Our team have reported that a cut out is required to repair the burst mains, the team will have to dig and expose more of it, in order to complete the repairs. Once fully exposed, our technician will isolate the mains to allow for the cut out to go ahead. This should not have any impact on your supply.

(10:00) The car has been moved and our repair team have now started to dig to expose the burst mains, there is currently no ETA on this.

(09:35) The repair team have arrived on site, the team are waiting for a car to be moved as this is where the team need to dig.

(08:55) Our technician has taken the readings and all customer should be in supply of water, albeit at low pressure.

(08:40) Our technician is taking pressure readings in the area to assess which mains to shut should we need to, to aid with repairs.

(08:30) Our technician has arrived on site, the repair team are on route, no ETA as of yet.

(08:05) Our loggers have shown an increase in pressure in your area, indicating a potential burst, a technician has been dispatched to investigate this.
