No water in HA9

We’re really sorry if you have no water or lower water pressure than normal. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Chalfont Avenue, and our technician has had to shut the main to complete repair works.

What we’re doing

Our technician and repair team are on site. Traffic management has been set up and the team are now in the process of repairing the broken main. In order to complete these repair works, the team have had to shut the main which means you may have no water.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

(13:55) The team have set up traffic management and excavation works are now underway to expose the damaged section of the main.
