 Low water pressure 

We’re really sorry if you have lower water pressure than normal. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Langworth Drive which may be causing this.

What we’re doing

Our technician has confirmed a leak at the site, and we are now awaiting the repair team to restore your water supply as soon as possible.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What's happened so far

(14:35) Awaiting for team on site so the repair can go ahead.  

(14:00) A leak has been confirmed by technician, all customers are still on supply but may have lower water pressure. 

(14:00) Burst has been reported and technician has been dispatched to investigate.
