Your water will be back to normal soon

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve completed installation works on the main, the teams are now in the process of flushing the main and reversing the rezone. Your water should restore to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What’s happened so far

(09:55)  Our teams are at the site of a new installation on Harpenden Lane and have had to complete a rezone of the area to keep all customers on supply, as such, you may notice higher water pressure than normal.
