What’s happened so far

 

(Friday 6th June 2025)

 

(08:00) The repair has been completed and the main has been un throttled.

(07:00) The main has been throttled to assist in repairs, all customers remain on supply but with lower pressure than normal

(06:00) Due to potential flooding risks, sandbags have been set up in the area, the car has also now been moved from the site of the burst and repair works have started

(04:30) All customers remain on a water supply, albeit at a lower water pressure than normal

(03:00) There is a car parked over the site where the burst is, we have contacted a recovery company to move the car, this will delay the start of repairs

(02:20) Our technician has confirmed a burst main on Fore Street and has requested the attendance of a repair team

(02:00) Our network team have noticed a drop of water pressure within the area and have dispatched a technician to the area to investigate
