You should start seeing your water restore now

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

Thursday 5th June 2025

(19:00) The main has been turned back on, a technician is onsite flushing the pipes for approximately 1.5 hours to reduce sediment in the water.

(18:20) The main has been shut, customers are expected to have no water.

(16:50) Repairs ongoing, some customers may have no water.

(15:15) The main was partially shut causing low pressure.

(13:00) Technician on site requested a shut to continue repairs.
