Your water will be back on soon

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon. Our technician is still flushing the main which mean some customers may notice lower water pressure.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

(14:25) The main has been recharged, some customers may notice their water restoring. The technician is on site flushing and sampling.

(13:00) The main has been shut so we can carry out the repair.

(09:50) Team are working on site and a main shut has been requested.
