The Shower Saver will regulate the flow of hot water from your shower to just 8 litres per minute, helping to reduce the amount of water used without affecting the power or intensity. Designed to save you water and money off your energy bills.
Designed to regulate the water flow to just 8 litres per minute, compared to a standard 15 litre per minute flow rate.
Did you know that hot water use contributes £228 to the average household’s annual energy bill? And showers are the biggest users of hot water at home, accounting for between 15-20% of all your family’s water use.
The Shower Saver is suitable for many different shower types, but it’s not suitable for electric showers or those with with multiple jets. For a power shower we recommend you contact the manufacturer to confirm suitability.
Unscrew your shower hose from the water outlet (not the shower head).
Hold the base of the Shower Saver, and screw it on to the shower hose.
Leaving the two black washers in place, screw the bottom of the Shower Saver onto the water outlet.
If there’s a large gap (over 2mm) between the water outlet and the Shower Saver, remove a washer (always keep at least one washer in place when using the gadget).
Screw the shower hose back onto the water outlet.
