We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
Monday 18th August 2025
(02:30) The flush has been completed now.
(01:35) The mains burst has been repaired, all customers are back in full supply, a flush will be completed, this will not impact you.
Sunday 17th August 2025
(22:40) The road closure is now set up and the repair team have started digging. The mains has been throttled to complete the repairs, all customers are in supply but may experience low pressure.
(20:30) Our repair team are on site waiting for the traffic management to be set up so they can commence the excavation and repairs.
(17:00) Technician on route to investigate.
