You can get free, independent advice from the National Debtline, or download our guide for simple tips. You can also use our benefits checker to see if you’re getting all the help you should. If you need more support, just send a request to our Affordability Team and we’ll get back to you.

You can apply for a water meter to see how much water you use and take control of your bill. If it's technically not possible to install a meter, we'll put you on our assessed tariff.
