Low water pressure in Ware.
We’re really sorry if your water pressure is lower than normal. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Church End which may be causing this.
What we’re doing
Our team is unable to safely access the burst at the moment and will need to temporarily close the road to continue repairs. We will wait until after the peak rush hour to put the closure in place to minimise disruption.
All properties currently still have water, although the pressure may be lower than normal. Thank you for your patience while we work to fix the issue.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What's happened so far
(17:55) Repair team is on site and they cannot safely access the burst at this time.
