We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What has happened so far
(16:35) The mains pipe was reopened meaning people should now have their water. The technicians are onsite flushing the pipes and sampling the water.
(16:00) The mains pipe was shut, meaning no water for customers.
(15:15) The mains have been throttled meaning low water pressure for customers.
(14:40) The burst was discovered by our technician on a 4 inch main pipe.
