We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?

(14:30) Repairs are complete and pressure restored.

(14:00) The equipment has now arrived so the main has been throttled again. Customers will experience low pressure.

(12:55) The technician has recharged the water main so your water should be back to normal pressure. This is due to be throttled down again once additional fittings are onsite.

(12:40) The main has been throttled, you may experience low pressure until the repairs have been completed.

(11:50) The repair team have requested a shut in order for the repairs to continue, a technician is on route.
