What’s happened so far
Monday 17th November 2025
(14:50) Cut out repair has been completed and water restored to customers affected
(14:00) We have received some no water calls from outside the area, the technician will reverse the valve operations to restore to that area.
(11:35) Our technician has advised that the main has been flushed and there is a rezone in place. The repair team and all fittings are now on site for the repair.
(10:35) There is a burst water main on Belchers Lane and our technician may need to shut the main for repairs to be completed.
