What's happened so far?
(18:35) The repairs have been completed.
(17:40) The team have advised that a shut is needed due to the pressure on the pipes, so the repairs can continue. Customers within this zone will have no water until the repairs are completed. Please see the list of streets affected above.
(17:25) An affected streets list has been added, please see above.
(17:20) The technician on site has throttled the mains in order for the repairs to continue, customers within this zone may experience no water and low pressure.
(16:55) Due to the size of the burst a second technician has been dispatched to assist.
