No water and low pressure in Bagshot
We’re really sorry you have no water or are experiencing low pressure. We’ve been made aware of damages caused by a third party to one of our pipes on High Street which may be causing this.
Streets affected: Cedar Close and London Road
What we’re doing
Our technician has assessed the damage and a repair team are on their way to help.
What you can do
Because it can cause problems, until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair. We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What's happened so far?
(19:40) Our technician has closed a valve on Cedar Close which should help increase the pressure in the area.
(18:55) The pipe that was hit was a mains, unfortunately we are unable to rezone the water, therefore we will need to shut the mains to contain the burst, once this will take place, customers within the shut will have no water, we will let you know as soon as we will shut the mains in.
(17:50) A repair team has been dispatched.
