What's happened so far
Friday 7th November 2025
(02:30) Repairs completed and water should now be restoring.
Thursday 6th November 2025
(21:30) The valve being closed has helped, all customers should have water.
(19:40) Our technician has closed a valve on Cedar Close which should help increase the pressure in the area.
(18:55) The pipe that was hit was a mains, unfortunately we are unable to rezone the water, therefore we will need to shut the mains to contain the burst, once this will take place, customers within the shut will have no water, we will let you know as soon as we will shut the mains in.
(17:50) A repair team has been dispatched.
(17:20) Technician on route to investigate.
