What's happened so far?

(16:40) The repairs have been completed, all customers are back in supply.

(15:15) Technician on site has reported a third party damage to our pipework, a urgent repair team has been requested, our technician has throttled the mains tio stop flooding, customers within this zone may experience low pressure.
