What’s happened so far
Monday 6th October 2025
(10:25) The team have had to shut the main as the throttle did not work. Customers will experience no water.
(10:05) The main has been throttled rather than shut so customers may notice lower than normal water pressure
(09:50) We are on site of a burst water main and we may need to shut the main to complete repairs.
