Low pressure in London
We’re really sorry if you are experiencing low pressure. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Oakleigh Gardens which may be causing this.

Our repair team are working to repair the burst water main on Oakleigh Gardens. However, they need additional fittings before they can complete the repair.

What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

What's happened so far?
(19:40) Our repair team are back on site with the new parts and are continuing with the repairs.
(15:20) Due to complications on site the repair team are unable to put on the connector clamps. Some new parts are needed and they are currently waiting for them to arrive, the mains has been unthrottled again until they arrive on site.
(14:45) The equipment has arrived on site, the mains has been throttled again, customers will experience low pressure.
(13:05) Our technician has unthrottled the mains so all customers are back in full supply until the equipment has arrived.
(12:55) A cut out is required, therefore the repair team has gone to collect the equipment needed.
(12:00) The mains has been throttled so the repair team can start to excavate the burst mains.
(09:25) Our technician who was in the area located a burst on Oakleigh Gardens, a repair team are on route. Customers within the area might have low pressure.
