Your water will be back to normal
We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.
Road closure
There is currently flooding in the road by the bridge on the M25 as a result of the lost water. As a result, the police have closed the road. Our teams remain on site and are arranging a gully sucker and a road sweeper to site to assist with this.
Appearance of your water
If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What’s happened so far

(15:50) Our technician has attended site and confirmed that there is not a burst water main. Ahydrant was in the open poition, this has now been closed to resolve the issue.
(13:55) We have been made aware of a burst water main on Langleybury Lane and our technician is on their way to site to investigate.
