We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the third party damage and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What has happened so far

(17:15) The repair is complete. The technicians are currently flushing the pipework. 

(15:35) The main has been shut some customers may have no water whilst the repair is taking place. 

(13:55) The main has been throttled some customers may notice lower water pressure than normal whilst repair is ongoing. 

(12:45) We have been made aware of the third party damage.
