Low water pressure in Wembley
We’re really sorry if you have lower water pressure than normal. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main in Abbey Manufacturing Estate which may be causing this.
What we’re doing
Our repair team have stayed in Abbey Manufacturing Estate and are continuing to repair the burst water main. As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we’ll let you know.
We’re really sorry for the disruption. We’re working hard to get your water flowing again soon.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

What's happened so far
(15:15) The team have managed to repair the secondary leak
(14:30) The leak has been resolved; however, it appears to have reoccurred. The repair team remains on site to investigate the situation. At this time, no impact to customers is expected.
(12:20) The repair team remains on site and is continuing the repair. The main has been throttled down, which may result in lower water pressure.
(11:45) Main has been isolated which may be causing no water.
(10:40) Technician on site and digging valve to investigste burst.
