No water/low pressure in Hemel Hempstead
We’re really sorry you have lower water pressure than usual or no water. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on London Road which may be causing this.

What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

What has happened so far
(18:45) The technician is on site where this burst is, awaiting for traffic management to be set up so then they can go ahead and start repairing the burst main.
(19:20) The technician has throttled the main due to it flooding meaning customers will have lower water pressure than usual.
