No water in Edgware
We’re really sorry you haven’t got any water. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Green Lane which may be causing this.

What we’re doing
Our repair team have stayed on Green Lane and are continuing to repair the burst water main. As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we’ll let you know.
We’re really sorry for the disruption. We’re working hard to get your water flowing again soon.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

What's happened so far?
(16:35) Leakage technicians are on route to assit in the finding the other burst which may be causing the no water.
(15:10) We have received no water calls from the same area, however, we have not shut any mains as of yet so we believe this to be unrelated to these works, another technician has been dispatched to your area to investigate this.
(14:15) Our repair team on site have asked for assistance as they may need to shut the mains to carry on with the repairs, a technician is on route.
