We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.
Technician is on site and is continuing to flush the mains. This may cause some lower water pressure and aeration.

What's happened so far
(17:20) Repair is complete and the main has been recharged, technician is still on site and continuing to flush the mains.
