We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
(18:45) The repairs have been completed and all customers are back in supply.
(18:30) The repairs are ongoing, however, they should be completed soon.
(16:40) The technicians need more parts in order to repair this burst which they should have in less than an hour.
(15:47) We was advised that the main pipe was shut so the technicians on site can carry out the repair. Once repaired we will update.
(14:45) Our technician has advised that the mains need to be shut in order for the repairs to continue, customers on Todd Close will have no water until the repairs have been completed.
