Your water is back on
We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the problem at the pumping station and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon. You may still notice a drop in pressure during peak times.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?
Thursday 11th September 2025
(08:35) Our team have put a workaround into place and this has held the pressure. Customers may notice a drop in pressure through peak times but all are in supply of water.
Wednesday 10th September 2025
(09:00)The pressure has now been increased in the area and this should now start to restore to all affected areas.
(08:05) We have attached a list of streets potentially affected by the booster failure, please see above.
