We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
(12:50) The repairs have been completed and all customers are back in supply.
(11:10) The technician on site is going to shut the main further as they cannot keep up with the water flow.
(11:00) Bottled water has been delivered and is available for customers to collect from St Mary's Church.
(09:30) The road closue is onsite and is being set up now.
(09:20) Bottled water has been delivered to priority customers.
(07:30) A mains burst has now been located and a road closure has been requested.
