We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far
(10:20) A rezone has been put in place and most properties should now be back on the water supply although it may be at a lower water pressure. The properties directly outside the burst will still have no water.
(06:10) Burst has been called in and a technician has been dispatched to investigate.
