Your water will be back on 

We have re-opened the main to keep customers in supply, we are also looking at potentially drawing water from other parts of the network during the repairs to keep customers water on.

We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Marys Lane.

Our technician is on site and the repair team are on route.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

  • Washing machine
  • Dishwasher
  • Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What's happened so far?

(06:40) The mains has been throttled to stop flooding, customers in this zone, may experience no water and low pressure, please see streets affected above.

(02:40) Our technician has arrived on site and confirmed that there is a mains burst, a repair team are on route. There is currently no customer impact.
