What's happened so far?
(09:30) The mains burst has been repaired, all customers are back in full supply.
(07:20) Our technician on site has advised that the repair will require a cut out. The mains is currently throttled, so customers within this zone may experience no water and/or low pressure depending on whether or not they live on higher grounds, please see streets affected list above. 3" inch fittings are on route to site.
(05:20) Our repair team have arrived on site and are setting up and will start excavating the mains burst shortly.
(04:40) Our technician has located a valve nearby and will throttle the mains down to avoid any flooding.
(04:20) Our technician has located the mains burst on the junction of Paringdon Road and Commonside Road, a repair team has been requested.
(03:10) We have seen a spike in flow and a small drop in pressure in your area, indicating a potential mains burst, a technician is on route to investigate this. There is no customer impact at this time.
