We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far
(18:45) Our repair team have completed the repair and the main is being recharged. Customers should now notice their water restoring.
(17:50) The main has been throttled so the repair can take place. Some customers may notice lower water pressure whilst some customers in high floor flats may experience no water.
