We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
(15:55) The repairs have been completed live and all customers are back in supply.
(15:05) The pump has arrived on site and the team will attempt the repairs now, there is no customer impact at this time.
(13:05) All the shut valves have been re-opened, a pump is being delivered to site to keep up with the water filling the excavation, so the works can continue.
(12:35) We have received no water calls from customers outside of this zone, our technician has investigated this and has re-opened some of the shut valves and customers who are not in the original zone should see their water restore now.
(12:00) The mains have now been shut and the cut out repairs are starting.
(11:50) Our technician is starting to throttle the mains, meaning customers within this zone may experience low pressure and the gradually will have no water, please see streets affected above.
(11:25) The parts have been delivered to site now, our technician will now start shutting the mains, customers within this shut will have no water, please see the streets affected above.
(11:00) Our technician has arrived on site and has advised that the mains will need to be shut as a cut out repair is required, the fittings are currently on route to site, once they get to site and everything has been set up, the mains will be shut and customers within this shut will have no water, please see the streets affected above.
(10:25) Team on site have requested a shut in order to complete the repairs, a technician is on route.
