We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?

(13:05) Repairs completed, technician is flushing the mains but this will not affect your supply.

(12:25) The mains have been shut, customers on Northbourne Road and Vista Road may experience no water.

(10:35) Technician on site has confirmed that the mains need to be shut to carry on with the repairs.
