What's happened so far?
(14:35) Repair has been completed and the main has been switched back on. Our teams are on site flushing.
(12:45) The fittings have arrived on site and the mains will be shut now, customers within this shut will have no water, please see streets affected above.
(12:05) A full cut out is required for the repairs, the parts are on route to site, once there the mains will be shut, meaning customers within this zone, will have no water.
(10:50) The repair team have requested a throttle of the mains in order to complete the repairs, a technician is on route.
(09:30) Our technician has confirmed that all properties are still in supply and has raised for a repair team to attend urgently.
(08:20) A technician is on route to assist.
