We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?

(14:00) Flushing is complete and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal.

(11:00) The mains have been recharged and our technician will now flush them, customers will still have no water until this has been completed.

(10:35) Our technician has shut the mains so that the repair team can continue with their works.

(09:30) Technician on site advised that he will be shutting the mains at 10:00 so that the repair team can continue with their works, customers within this shut will have no water, please see streets affected above.
