We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?

(14:45) The repairs have been completed and water restored to all properties.

(14:10) Our technician has managed to throttle the mains instead of shutting them, meaning all customers are in supply albeit at low pressure.

(13:20) Our technician has shut the mains in order for the repairs to continue, customers within this zone will have no water, please see streets affected above.
