We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

(18:15) Our team expect to need to shut the main to continue repair works so we recommend storing water for drinking

(18:00) The team have exposed part of the main but continue to dig further back

(14:40) Traffic management has arrived on site and is being set up. Fittings have been requested to site

(12:50) We have been made aware of a burst main on Stanmore Hill and our technician and a repair team are on site
