Your water will be back on

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?

(15:25) Our technician has shut the mains, the team will need to cut out some of the pipework, ETA given is 1-2 hours.

(14:30) We have updated the streets affected list to show who will have no water once the shut has been put into place.

(14:25) Team on site have requested a shut of the mains in order to carry on with the repairs, a technician has been dispatched.
