What's happened so far?
(20:05) The broken valve has been repaired and you should see your water flowing back to normal soon.
(19:30) Our technician has found a valve that has been shut by a third party which has caused the no water/low pressure for some customers outside of the original zone, this has been opened back up now. Our repair team have given us an ETA of 30 minutes, after that the mains will have to be charged back up, so customers will be back in supply, albeit at low pressure until it has reached full charge again.
(18:50) We've been made aware that a wider zone of customers are affected, we've amended the 'Streets affected' list.
(18:20) The mains have been shut so the repairs can be completed, customers within this zone may experience no water, please see the 'Streets affected' above.
(15:35) Team on site are awaiting for the new fittings to be delivered, once they arrive, the technician will shut the mains.
(14:25) Team on site have requested a shut in order to continue with the repairs, a technician is on route.
