We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

(04:05) Technician on route to investigate the faulty valve

(04:30) Pressure restored.

(07:45) On route to the valve to investigate further as getting more reports of no water/low pressure.

(13:10) Technicians are still investigsating the area as previous attempts to restore have been unsuccesful. 

(15:36) Technicians onsite believe there could be a non visible leak which is causing the water issues, they are working hard to locate this and get the water flowing again.

(16:25) The issue valve that was causing the issues has now been found and fixed.
