Research Survey - Prize Draw

Terms and conditions

1. The prize draw is open to registered customers of Affinity Water Limited who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of Affinity Water Limited, their households, or any third party directly involved in the administration of the prize draw.
2. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
3. To enter the prize draw, eligible customers must complete the customer survey shared by Affinity Water Limited during the Survey Period and opt in to the prize draw at the end of the survey.
4. Entries are limited to one per person.
5. The Survey Period will begin at 09:00 AM on 09/10/25 and end at 11:59 PM on 29/10/25. Surveys submitted after the Survey Period has ended will not be entered into the draw.
6. Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries approximately two weeks after the Survey Period ends. The draw will be supervised by an Affinity Water Limited colleague not connected to the organisation of the prize draw.
7. Each winner will receive a prize of a £100 Amazon e-gift card. A total of five £100 vouchers are available to be won.
8. Each winner will be notified of their win by email using the email details provided during the survey. If a winner does not respond within (7) seven days of being contacted, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Affinity Water will be entitled to select a new winner using the same process.
9. The prize will be delivered electronically to each winner via email within (2) two weeks of the notification email being sent. Each winner will have (7) seven days from the date of the notification email to accept their prize. Once a winner has confirmed acceptance, the prize will be delivered electronically via email within a further (7) seven days.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
11. Affinity Water Limited accepts no responsibility for entries not received or successfully completed due to technical faults of any kind or any other reason.
12. The decision of Affinity Water Limited regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. In accordance with legal obligations, Affinity Water Limited will make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the surname and the first part of the postcode of the winners will be available upon request. Requests must be sent to: watersavings@affinitywater.co.uk or by post to: Survey Prize Draw, Affinity Water Limited, Tamblin Way, Hatfield, AL10 9EZ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within (1) one month of the draw.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Affinity Water Limited reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. Affinity Water reserves the right to hold, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, Affinity Water Limited, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Affinity Water Limited, its agents or distributors or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
17. Personal data collected during the course of this prize draw will only be processed as set out in Affinity Water Limited’s Privacy Notice (https://www.affinitywater.co.uk/privacy). See also paragraph 13 of these terms and conditions with regard to announcement of winners.
18. This prize draw is governed by English law and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
