We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the fault at your local pumping station and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What has happened so far
(11:30) The test has now been complete, and the team are now waiting on delivery pressure of the boosters to build up.
(11:27)Our boosters have been temporarily turned off for power signal testing, so customers who live closer to the boosters will have no water, and customers further out will experience low pressure. This wil not take long!
