We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What’s happened so far
Thursday 28th August 2025
(13:20) The main has been shut to assist with repair works. We estimate this will take between 1-2 hours.
(12:15) The team remain on site and are waiting for fittings to arrive before shutting the water main
(11:45) We are working on Southfields and may need to shut the main to complete repair works.
