We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the damages caused by a third party to one of our pipes and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?

(15:20) The repairs have been completed, all customers are back in supply.

(14:55) The mains has now been shut, customers in this zone may have no water, please see the streets affected above.

(14:15) An ETA of 45 minutes has been given for the fittings to arrive on site. 

(13:00) Our repair team have arrived on site, team are still awaiting for the fittings to arrive on site before repairs can continue.

(12:35) Technician on site has throttled the mains due to damages caused by a third party to one of our pipes on Bulwer Gardens which was causing flooding. Our repair team is on route, customers on Bulwer Gardens may experience low pressure until the repairs have been completed.
