We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
(15:00) The repair has been completed and the mains has been recharged, all customers are back in supply.
(14:05) The mains has now been shut, customer within this shut may have no water, please see the streets affected list above.
(13:15) A letter drop has been completed to advise customers on Ellis Road and West Avenue of the mains being shut at 14:00, the only customers who did not receive letters were customers in flats where we could not access the letterboxes.
(11:35) Our repair team have arrived on site and are now digging to expose the burst mains.
(10:25) The streets affected list has been added, customers on this list may have no water once the shut has been put into place.
(10:15) Technician on site has advised that there is a burst on West Avenue which will require a cut out repair, the works will require a shut of the mains, so customers within this zone may have no water, there is no impact on your supply currently, a repair team is on route.
