Your water will be back on 

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?

(14:35) Repairs complete and water restored.

(13:05) A large split has been located on the mains, our technician has had to shut the mains so a cut out repair can take place, customers within this zone will have no water, the streets affected list, remains the same. 

(12:40) The mains have been throttled, customers within this zone will have low pressure, please see streets affected above.

(12:10) Our technician will be throttling the mains so the team can carry on with the repairs.

(11:50) Team on site have requested for a shut or throttle of the mains in order to continue with the repairs, a technician is on route.
