What’s happened so far
Thursday 26th June 2025
(12:50) The valve has been replaced and water pressure has started to increase in the area. The teams will monitor this to ensure water restores to normal.
(09:10) Our technician has attended the area again today and found that there appears to be a broken valve causing the issue
Wednesday 25th June 2025
(21:40) Investigations still ongoing and this will continue tomorrow
(10:00) We have received a number of calls of low pressure from within the area and are sending a technician to investigate if there is an issue on the network or if this is an issue related to high demand due to the weather.
