We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the third party damage and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
(19:30) Repairs have been completed, all customers are back in supply.
(18:45) Team are preparing to fit the ferrule clamp, ETA given 30 minutes.
(17:10) The pump has now arrived on site.
(16:30) The team have managed to get the broken ferrule out and are waiting for a pump to arrive on site.
(16:00) All customers are expected to have water, albeit at low pressure.
(15:30) The main has been shut to start repairs.
(14:40) Technician on route to investigate.
