We’re really sorry for the problems with your water over the weekend. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

(06:25) Our network control desk has confirmed all pressure should now be back to normal. 

Saturday 17th May 2025

(14:20) Repairs should start on Monday.

(12:20) Most of the area should still have full pressure, but customers on Pelling Hill will notice a larger drop over the weekend.
